Connie Cook Laug

Biography

Connie is responsible for directing the Firm's marketing strategies, corporate communications, customer service and quality improvement initiatives.

Graydon Head & Ritchey was one of the first law firms in the country to launch a quality improvement program in 1991, which was designed by Connie who served as the Firm’s Director of Client Services from 1986 to 2000.  In recognition of the program, The Graydon Head Advantage, the Firm was recognized as the first recipient of the Customer Focus Award from the Cincinnati Chamber in 1996.  Connie served as President of Client InSight LLC, in 2001 and 2002 working with other law firms and GH&R clients to build effective business development strategies.  In 2003, she assumed the role of Chief Quality Officer to design and direct strategic planning processes and quality improvement programs in an effort  to continuously improve the Firm’s overall performance and take the Firm’s business practices to the next level. 

Connie is also active in the Firm's Women's Professional Development Group.
