Zand has been with the Firm since 2001 and is responsible for developing and implementing the firm's legal recruitment, professional development and community service initiatives. Her primary responsibilities include participating in interviewing law students and lateral candidates, planning and managing the summer associate program to ensure a positive, meaningful experience for law students, and developing an annual attorney-wide training curriculum of over approximately 35 programs a year including substantive, business development, practice management and business of law programming. In addition, Zand oversees the Firm's Mentoring program and coordinates the planning and implementation of approximately 12 firm community service sponsored activities/events a year in conjunction with GH&R's Community Service Team. Prior to joining GH&R, Zand worked for the Cincinnati Bar Association for 10 years. She planned and implemented the Young Lawyers Section and the community service initiatives, coordinated member events such as the Annual Luncheon and the Senior Counselors' Luncheon and also worked with the 40+ member committees.
Zand is a member of the Firm’s Recruiting Committee, Associate/Partner Committee, Women’s Professional Development Group, the Community Service Team, the French Development Group and the GH&R Book Club.
