William G. Geisen

Biography

As Chair of GH&R's Construction Law Practice Group, Bill practices in the area of construction law including contract negotiation, dispute resolution and litigation. He is active in several organizations serving the construction industry such as the Kentucky Bar Association's Construction and Public Contract Law Section (former Chair), the American Bar Association's Forum on the Construction Industry, the Construction Users Roundtable, the Construction Owners Association of the Tri-State, and the American Arbitration Association. Bill also serves as a member of the Firm's Executive Committee. He was named one of The Best Lawyers in America in 2007 for his work in Construction Law. Based on the grading and comments of his peers, Bill is recognized with an AV Rating, the highest rating given to lawyers by Martindale-Hubbell.
