Biography

Nathan’s practice focuses primarily on bankruptcy, creditor’s rights and commercial litigation. Prior to joining GH&R, he served as an associate in the litigation department at another large law firm where he concentrated in the areas of business and commercial disputes, insurance defense and employment law. He earned his law degree in 2003, graduating cum laude, from the Salmon P. Chase College of Law at Northern Kentucky University, and received his B.B.A. in Finance and Marketing from the University of Kentucky in 2000.

In 2005, 2006 and 2007, Nathan was chosen by his peers as a "Rising Star" in Law & Politics magazine. Only 2.5 percent of Ohio lawyers received this honor. Nathan received this honor in part due to his strong work ethic and commitment to client service.

Nathan, his wife, Jennifer, and their sons, Caden and Tyler, reside in Batavia Township.
