Biography

Tom is chair of the Firm's Commercial Litigation and Dispute Resolution Department. His practice consists primarily of commercial and business-related litigation, with an emphasis on business-to-business dispute resolution, particularly in the areas of manufacturing, construction, and real estate. He has appeared in numerous state and federal courts around the country and has tried multiple cases to verdict. Tom also serves on the Firm's Executive Committee, where he has responsibility for oversight of the Firm's Industry Groups and three Client Service Departments.  Tom is very active in the area of entrepreneurial and knowledge-based economic development and representation, being a Founder and former President of The Northern Kentucky E-Zone, Northern Kentucky’s Innovation and Commercialization Center. He is also very active in the non-profit community. Based on the grading and comments of his peers, Tom is recognized with an AV Rating, the highest rating given to lawyers by Martindale-Hubbell.
