Biography

Kristin practices in the Firm's Human Resources Client Service Department in the areas of employment litigation and dispute resolution and workers' compensation.  Prior to law school Kristin participated in the Summer Work Experience in Law ("SWEL") program, where she worked in the Hamilton County prosecutor's office and in the United States District Court for the Southern District of Ohio, in the chambers of the Honorable S. Arthur Spiegel.

Kristin is a graduate of The Ohio State University Moritz College of Lawwhere she earned her Juris Doctor.  In 2007, Kristin became the first person at Moritz to twice receive the Moritz Leadership Award, an award determined by members of the law school's faculty and administration.  Kristin also earned a B.A. in English at  Wright State University, where she played varsity soccer for four years, and studied at St. Anne's College at Oxford University during the summer following her first year of law school.

Kristin, a Cincinnati native, is a  proud graduate of St. Ursula Academy, where she also played four years of varsity soccer.  In 2003, Kristin returned to her alma mater to coach the Bulldog's freshmen soccer team and will assist in coaching one of Ursula's 2007-08 Mock Trial teams.  Kristin is a member of the Firm's Women’s Professional Development Group and tutors fourth grade students at the School of Creative and Performing Arts.  Kristin loves to write poetry and is also very active in her church.
