Biography

Harry’s practice focuses on lender liability defense litigation, creditor’s rights litigation and real estate law.  In 2005, 2006 and 2007, Harry was chosen by his peers as a “Rising Star” in Ohio’s Super Lawyers magazine.  Only 2.5 percent of Ohio lawyers received this honor.

Harry is licensed to practice in the state and federal courts of Ohio, Indiana and Kentucky.  Harry’s primary focus is on lender liability defense cases and he has represented many local and national banks/lenders in that regard.  Harry also handles a number of other cases involving such diverse areas of the law as: construction, collection, bankruptcy, real estate and commercial litigation.

Harry grew up in Cincinnati and he attended the University of Cincinnati for his undergraduate studies and he attended the University of Cincinnati, College of Law.  Harry was a member of the varsity baseball team at the University of Cincinnati and he was the team captain for the 1993 season.  Harry received the Award of Excellence from the Great Midwest League in 1993. The Award of Excellence was given to the top male and female student – athlete in the league.

Harry lives in Lawrenceburg, Indiana with his wife and four children.  Harry is active in the community and he is a volunteer coach for a number of youth teams.
