Biography

Since joining the firm in 1997, Mike’s focus has been in commercial litigation, creditors' rights, insurance, anti-trust matters and construction law. Mike has worked on the successful resolution of a variety of disputes involving construction failures, insurance issues and defense of preference claims. In addition to his work in diverse litigation matters, he has also focused on the application of document imaging and various litigation support technologies.  Mike is a recent graduate of the Cincinnati Bar Association’s Cincinnati Academy of Leadership for Lawyers (CALL) Class.  Originally from Connecticut, Mike, his wife, Julie, and their daughter, Summer, are residents of Clifton.
