Richard T. Farr

Biography

Rich is a member of the Firm’s Construction Industry Group. His practice involves all areas of construction law, including dispute resolution, insurance matters, risk management and contract negotiation. In addition, Rich has a great deal of experience in the field of occupational and construction safety as well as dealing with various OSHA matters. Prior to joining GH&R, he worked as a director of safety for a construction company as well as serving as a contracts manager. Rich is an active participant with Allied Construction Industries where he is a member of the safety committee.

Rich is a 2006 graduate of the Salmon P. Chase College of Law at the Northern Kentucky University where he served as an Associate Editor of NKU's Law Review.

Rich is also a member of the Firm's Community Service Team.
