Biography

Jen practices in the areas of corporate law and real estate law and is a member of the Firm's Banking and Financial Services Industry Group and Commercial Real Estate Group.  She has assisted corporate clients with mergers and acquisitions, entity formation, buy-sell agreements an other contract issues and has assisted a large regional bank in various financing matters, including commercial loans and letter of credit financing.  Jen also counsels clients in the acquisition, sale and leasing of commercial and residential properties.

Jen is an active member of the Firm’s Women’s Professional Development Group and Community Service Team, and, along with many other members of the Firm, spends time as a tutor for the Cincinnati Youth Collaborative at Washington Park Elementary School.

Originally from Texas, Jen now resides in Green Township, Ohio.
