Biography

Zack practices in the Firm's Creditors' Rights Practice Group, where he focuses primarily on creditors’ rights and bankruptcy.  Prior to joining Graydon Head, Zack practiced litigation and creditors’ rights at a small northwest Ohio law firm.

Zack is a graduate of the University of Toledo College of Law, where he received his J.D., magna cum laude.  In law school, he interned for now-Ohio Supreme Court Justice Judith Lanzinger, who was a judge on the Ohio Sixth District Court of Appeals.  Also, Zack was a member of Delta Theta Phi and Phi Kappa Phi.  He earned an Honors B.A. in Political Science from Marquette University, where he graduated from its Honors Program.

Zack is admitted to practice law in both Ohio and Michigan.  On Ohio’s July 2006 bar examination, he scored in the top one percent of all test takers.

Zack currently resides in Covington, Kentucky.  Originally from the west side of Cincinnati, he graduated from Elder High School.  He is an active alumnus of the Sigma Chi Fraternity.
