Biography
As Chair of the Firm's Tax Practice Group, Hank works extensively in the federal income tax area, particularly corporate tax, partnership tax, and individual tax planning. He has also handled numerous IRS audits involving a broad range of issues. In addition, Hank has significant experience in the executive compensation/employee benefits area designing and implementing qualified and nonqualified retirement plans, and has a keen understanding of ESOPs. Hank has been actively involved in advising tax-exempt organizations with respect to various issues, including classification issues and unrelated business income tax issues. Hank was named one of
