Biography

Dan’s practice focuses on commercial real estate law, including the acquisition and disposition of real estate, the negotiation of office, warehouse, retail and other leases, and bank financing as well as general corporate law.

In 2005, Dan was chosen by his peers as a “Rising Star” in Ohio’s Super Lawyers magazine. Only 2.5 percent of Ohio lawyers received this honor. One reason Dan received such an honor is his commitment to client service. According to Dan, “every client sees their own problem as your most important issue that day, so I do my best to treat every matter that I work on accordingly.” Dan makes it his highest priority to respond to all client contacts promptly, to pay attention to non-legal issues that may affect his clients’ decisions and to treat everyone with whom he interacts with respect.

Dan was born in Islamabad, Pakistan, but his wife, Amy, daughter, Isabelle, and he now reside in Deerfield Township.  They enjoy traveling, gardening and sailing.
