Biography

Paul provides litigation services to municipalities and local governments as well as corporate and individual clients in the areas of municipal, regulatory and zoning law, commercial litigation and business torts. He has practiced law in Northern Kentucky since 1997, having previously served as an officer in the U.S. Navy JAGC.
