Following closely on the heels of a development or construction project is the leasing and management of the property. Our attorneys have extensive experience in assisting landlords, tenants, and property managers in office, retail, industrial and residential facilities. Our practice includes drafting and negotiating leases, subleases, ground leases and sale/leaseback documents. We are also called in to resolve disputes by negotiation and/or litigation. This may include eviction proceedings, bankruptcy or other debtor-creditor issues. GH&R's involvement in BOMA (Building and Office Managers Association), NAIOP (National Association of Industrial Office Properties), ICSC (International Council of Shopping Centers), and other trade groups enables our attorneys to stay abreast of industry trends and opportunities to better serve our clients.

- Negotiated numerous lease transactions for a significant healthcare provider as both landlord and tenant.
