The Graydon Head Appellate Team has had a broad base of experience in appellate courts around the region.  Comprised of many experienced attorneys, some of whom have formerly served as judicial law clerks and have extensive experience arguing appeals in state and federal courts, the team has, in recent years, briefed and argued cases in the First, Ninth, Tenth, and Twelfth District Ohio Courts of Appeals, the U.S. Courts of Appeals for the Sixth and Seventh Circuits, the Ohio Supreme Court, the Kentucky Court of Appeals, and a wide variety of federal and state administrative review bodies.

In addition to handling appeals arising out of litigation handled by the firm at the trial level, we are frequently retained as appellate counsel to defend or challenge a result obtained by other counsel.  Our experience extends to all aspects of appellate practice, including advising you on how to effectively argue an appeal, briefing and arguing the appeal, or evaluating the case to determine if an appeal is an appropriate remedy.  Our office is directly across the street from the U. S. Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit.
