- Represented a national pension fund in acquisition of a downtown office complex.
- Coordinated real estate and environmental due diligence for more than 100 sites nationwide as part of a national media client’s aggressive expansion program.
- Negotiated and closed several complex multi-state acquisitions of commercial sites for a rapidly growing corporate owner.
- Negotiated and coordinated a number of transactions involved with the sale of medical office buildings, including termination of a number of real estate holding partnerships.
- Represented a franchise owner with multiple locations in dissolving an existing partnership and in transferring all real estate into a limited liability company.
- Represented a regional developer in its multi-state property acquisition and leasing program.
- Represented a retail client in acquisition of multiple retail sites.
- Negotiated debt and equity financing of various high-value real estate projects including conduit financing, opinion letters, participation agreements, and subordination agreements.
- Worked on a large securitized loan defeasance project.
