When disputes do arise, we vigorously pursue our clients’ interests in the courtroom or, where appropriate, through arbitration, mediation and other creative methods of dispute resolution.

When disputes cannot or should not be resolved through alternative means, we aggressively defend our clients in employment-related litigation. We litigators regularly represent employers in all phases of what is commonly referred to as "employment litigation." This includes the investigation and handling of charges before federal, state and municipal agencies as well as all aspects of the defense of a lawsuit in state or federal court.
