Workers' Compensation

We know how important it is to proactively manage significant workers’ compensation claims.

When a claim is valid, you want to get your injured employee back to work as quickly and safely as possible and control the cost of the claim.  If a claim is questionable, you want to challenge it as vigorously as possible.

We also know that a workers’ compensation claim often includes other HR issues too – like the Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA) and Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA).

Our team of workers' compensation attorneys provides services to our clients in many areas.  Our partner, Dan Burke, offers additional experience as an Ohio State Bar Association Certified Specialist in workers’ compensation law.*
