Geisen Speaker at CFMA Buckeye Conference

(Cincinnati, Ohio)  Graydon Head Partner William G. Geisen was one of the key speakers at the 2007 Construction Financial Management Association (CFMA) in September 2007.  He presented on the topic “What to Watch for in Contracts.”

Geisen’s practice at Graydon Head is in the area of construction law including contract negotiation, dispute resolution and litigation.  He is active in several organizations serving the construction industry such as the Kentucky Bar Association's Construction and Public Contract Law Section (former Chair), the American Bar Association's Forum on the Construction Industry, the Construction Users Roundtable, the Construction Owners Association of the Tri-State, and the American Arbitration Association.

Geisen has been recognized as one of the Best Lawyers in America for his work in Construction Law.  He is recognized with an AV Rating, the highest rating given to lawyers by Martindale-Hubbell.  Geisen earned his H.A.B, magna cum laude, from Xavier University and his J.D. from the University of Kentucky.
