Graydon Head Expands Butler/Warren Office with the Addtion of Two New Attorneys

(West Chester, OH)  Graydon Head announces the addition of two attorneys to its Butler/Warren office, Scott K. Jones and Robin D. Ryan, trial attorneys who practice in the Firm’s Litigation and Dispute Resolution Client Service Department.  Graydon Head opened its Butler/Warren office in 2005 in response to our growing client base in the area and was the first major, Cincinnati law firm to establish a presence in the area.

“The addition of Jones and Ryan is in response to the increasing need for legal services in the growing Butler/Warren county region,” said A. Christian Worrell III, Partner-in-Charge of the Firm’s Butler/Warren office.  “Although we opened the office a little more than two years ago, a significant number of Graydon Head attorneys and staff are long-time residents of Butler and Warren Counties, and that number continues to grow.”

Jones and Ryan have tried numerous business disputes, including a six-week $37,000,000 dollar breach of contract jury trial.  Last October, they obtained a six-figure jury award in a breach of alcohol distribution matter.  They have represented numerous companies, universities and individuals in a variety of business disputes including false advertising, breach of contract and warranty, employment discrimination, construction litigation, trademark infringement, theft of trade secrets, probate litigation and covenants not to compete.  Jones and Ryan view themselves as proactive problem solvers for their clients.

Jones and Ryan both come from the Dayton office of Porter, Wright, Morris & Arthur, LLP.  Jones also practiced in Porter, Wright’s Cincinnati’s office.

Several Graydon Head attorneys reside in and are active in Cincinnati’s northern communities and serve on the boards of a number of charitable and civic organizations including the Chamber of Northeast Cincinnati, the West Chester Chamber Alliance, the Liberty Township Board of Zoning Appeals and Partners in Prime.  In addition, Worrell serves as Chair of the Liberty Township Joint Economic Development Committee and is the 2008 Campaign Chair for the Butler County United Way.  “We believe it is important that we give back to the communities in which we live and work,” said Worrell.

Graydon Head & Ritchey LLP attorneys serve clients in a variety of industries with particular experience working with business clients in the following industries: banking & financial; commercial real estate; media, communications & information; construction; health & elder care; and manufacturing, distribution & technology.  The Firm’s Personal Planning Group provides legal counsel to many local business owners and their executives and families in the estate planning and administration area.  With offices Downtown on Fountain Square, in Northern Kentucky at the Chamber Center, and in the Butler/Warren area at University Pointe, the Firm provides convenient accessibility to clients in key areas of the growing Greater Cincinnati and Northern Kentucky region.
