HOW TO EFFECTIVELY OPERATE AND GROW YOUR BUSINESS will be offered May 14, 21 and 28, 7:30-10:00AM, at the Savannah Center, 5533 Chappelle Crossing, West Chester, OH 45069.

The seminar is divided into three, two hour “power learning” opportunities, designed with the small business owner in mind.  Each session starts and ends early, enabling attendees to gain new business insights while minimizing the amount of time away from running a business.

Day 2 – May 21

  • How to make your business operate effectively and grow with the correct organizational structure
  • Tax compliance issues in operation of a business
  • The value and use of contracts: When does an agreement become a contract?  When do I need one?
  • Legal implications of hiring and termination practices
  • Immigration: best practices

Day 3 – May 28
Creating Marketing and Business Plans

  • Determining the process and methods for developing an effective marketing plan.
  • Evaluating operating (income) statements and cash flow projections
  • Processes for quarterly checks of your business plan and key operating measurements.
  • How to identify operating adjustments.
  • Evaluating and revising plans.  Where to go for assistance.
