Graydon Head & Ritchey is proud to be the only law firm member of the Center for Quality of Management (CQM), a non-profit organization operating internationally. The CQM was founded in 1989 by CEOs and senior executives from seven major New England companies who wanted to work together to study and implement cutting-edge management practices. CQM offers educational programs, advising services, research initiatives and networking activities that build upon a foundation of TQM and address the three areas critical to long-term business success: planning, operations, and managing change, in effect, providing more efficient and effective service to clients.
